RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Our goal is to make the Returns & Exchanges process as simple and pain-free as possible for our customers. If you are not satisfied with your order or are in need of a different size, simply reach out to us at info@deadbirdenterprises.com to begin processing your return for exchange, store credit, or refund.

Please Note: Ammunition and custom orders cannot be exchanged or returned. If you have an issue of any kind with Dead Bird Ammunition please contact us at info@deadbirdenterprises.com.

To request a return or exchange, you will need your order number (found in your order’s confirmation email and packing slip) and the email address associated with the order.
Items in new, unwashed, and unworn condition with original tags still applied can be exchanged for another size up to 60 days after purchase.
Items in new, unwashed, and unworn condition with original tags still applied can be exchanged for another size up to 60 days after purchase.Upon completion of your exchange, a return shipping label will be generated for you with instructions for return. Once we receive the original item(s), we will process the exchange and send out the new item(s) to the original shipping address. Email notifications, including tracking information, will be sent throughout the exchange process.
Returns for full refunds are subject to a shipping & handling fee to cover the cost of the return shipping label and will not exceed $20.
