Warranty Overview
Dead Bird Limited Warranty
Dead Bird Enterprises warrants eligible products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal and intended use.
If a product is determined to have a manufacturing defect, Dead Bird Enterprises may, at our discretion:
- Repair the product.
- Replace the product.
- Provide a comparable replacement.
- Provide another appropriate solution.
This warranty applies to the original purchaser and does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, improper maintenance, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
What the Warranty Covers
Our warranty may cover genuine issues involving:
- Manufacturing defects.
- Material defects.
- Defects present under normal and intended use.

Product Care
Proper care helps keep your Dead Bird Enterprises products performing at their best.

Keep products clean and properly stored when not in use. Avoid unnecessary exposure to moisture, chemicals, extreme temperatures, or other conditions that may damage the product.

Modifications & Repairs

Inspection & Evaluation

Shipping for Warranty Service
Customers may be responsible for shipping the product to Dead Bird Enterprises for inspection unless otherwise stated.
If the claim is approved under warranty, Dead Bird Enterprises will determine the appropriate return shipping arrangement.
